- Your name and WhatsApp/phone number when you place an order
- Your delivery address for order fulfilment
- Email address if you contact us via email
- Order details including cake type, flavour, size, and special requests
- Payment confirmation details (we do not store card numbers)
- Website usage data via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (anonymised)
How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your cake order
- To contact you about your order status, delivery, and confirmation
- To respond to your queries and customer service requests
- To improve our website and services using anonymised analytics
- To send order-related communications via WhatsApp or email
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Data sharing
We only share your data with:
- Delivery partners (Porter, Dunzo) — only your name, address, and phone number for delivery fulfilment
- Payment processors (UPI/bank transfer) — only as required for payment processing
- Google Analytics — anonymised website usage data only

Our website uses cookies through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These cookies collect anonymised data such as pages visited and time spent. They do not identify you personally.

📋 Terms of Use

By placing an order with Cake Wheel — whether via our website, WhatsApp, or email — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Ordering
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Cake Wheel
- Orders are confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email
- Standard cakes require 20 minutes lead time; custom decorated cakes require 2 hours; fondant and wedding cakes require a minimum of 3 days advance notice
- All cakes are 100% eggless — we do not make cakes with eggs under any circumstances
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled to our quality standards
Payments
- We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer
- Custom and large orders require a 50% advance payment to confirm
- Balance payment is collected at the time of delivery or pickup
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative — final price is confirmed at order confirmation
- All prices include applicable taxes
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before delivery: full refund of advance payment
- Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery: 50% of advance refunded
- Cancellations within 4 hours of delivery: no refund (cake already prepared)
- If the cake arrives damaged due to our error, we will replace or fully refund
- Photo evidence of damage must be shared within 1 hour of delivery
- Taste preference is not grounds for a refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
Delivery
- Free delivery is available within 5 km of our kitchen in Thanisandra, Bengaluru
- Delivery beyond 5 km is charged at ₹15/km up to 15 km
- Beyond 15 km, third-party delivery (Porter/Dunzo) charges apply
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners
- Self-pickup is always available at no charge during open hours (11 AM – 10 PM)
Limitation of Liability
- Cake Wheel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
- Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions if allergen information was not disclosed at the time of ordering
- Customers with specific dietary requirements or allergies must inform us before placing an order

All content on this website — including text, design, images, and branding — is the property of Cake Wheel. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.
